cut all ties with the offending person who hurt u, get god involved in your life, forgive those who hurt u, so u can free yourself from being held captive. focus on what is good in your life, and seek group therapy where there will be others in your shoes, they will be your support system while u are making it through this hurtful time. love yourself, and don't let anyone get away with treating u badly. sometimes our past exposures in life can set us up for picking the wrong mates in life, because we don't feel we deserve better. but we do. storms will come into every life, and no one can avoid it, just seek god's will and plan for your life.

Yes, Christian counseling, or at least professional counseling. I relate to your situation having gone through it with a similar background to yours. Aquamarine's answer was right, also.
Become a Christian, get involved in a good bible church, counseling, flower care which is good therapy, get a life with purpose in your job and activities in your spare time, friends that really care about you for a support system, no dating until you get through this, lots of prayer.

I'm sorry to hear that....

Well I must say that life isn't suppose to be the way you want to...

In this case...you need to see within yourself...to find all the good and beatiful things you have inside...and work on them...if you are good with flowers...try to take care of flowers...

remember you are the only one in this planet...and god wont forget you...

God bless you ....good luck!

Start with going to church every week, and then pray about it. If you can get rid of one thing at a time -- the things that are not good in your life, one day you'll wake up in peace.

Try it -- it works.

Go to counseling, go to church and surround yourself with positive people.

CONGRATULATIONS for divorcing the liar. That is the first step.

Councelling may help you, or maybe you need to distance yourself from these people.
