Start going to bed super early and making sure you get more than enough sleep. Make sure you go to bed at a similar time each night so that you'll fall into a rhythm. You should start waking up about the same time every morning too. If you have to be at a meeting or something I would set the alarm though...just in case.

like.. don't sleep whole night till the time come when u have to woke up, there iz another special way 1 u can type the time u wanna get up in morning below ur pillow through ur fingers nd see the magic u will automatically woke up at the ssame time . Try it really woks!!!

Register you get up time Very strongly in your mind. Go to bed with a determination that you have to be out from the bed by that time. the mind will give you an alarm without fail. Try this this will work without fail. I am doing the same from my college days. Still it works.

Well, there's this age old thing about concentrating and telling yourself to wake up early before going to bed. But this doesn't work all the time. So you could sleep near any opening or something (sunlight) or drink plenty of water.

Whenever I have to wake up earlier than my usual time, I do the preparation on the previous night . Just before falling asleep,I tell myself or say I tell my mind to wake me up at such and such hours.This trick has never failed. My biological clock works fine and I do get up at the precise time. The trouble is on other days following. For about 8/10 days subsequently, I keep on waking up at the same time every day.

I have a set time that turns on Hare Krishna chanting at the time I want to wake up. best way to face the day.

You Probably haven't seen the Commercial- but You could get a Blind Rooster!
Well on second thought you better get one that can see. The Blind one might keep you up all night, but you'd surely be a -wake come sun-rise.

this may sound funny but your body has a biological clock and wakes up your body at your regular time. No matter what day of the week it is I wake up at the same time everyday. It's amazing.
