Nope, I let the air ventilate. I share the bathroom with a room mate so I don't want her to go to the bathroom next, lift up the toilet seat, and have that smell in her face.

WHO CARES, JUST BE THERE & MAKE URSELF SATISFIED. MANY PEOPLE HAVE THEIR TOILETS & BATHROOMS ATTACHED, SO THEY MAY HAVE TO CLOSE THE LID EVERY TIME AFTER USING IT.
