I want to stay at somewhere in the US to study English next summer about 1month.?

I think it is not trip and only sightseeing but spend ordinary life there, shopping , go somewhere , contact with person who live there. Do you have some good informations?
I am junior high school student now. I will be high school student then. I use my summer vacation . I am not good at English. But I can do everything myself. And I can make friends with everybody. Please give me good advice.
It is better cheap. stay one place. can many good expriece.
