I asked my science (chemistry teacher) if it was possible to take some kind of supplement which would give you amino acids and vitamins, but not actually eat any food and just burn up the calories stored in your body. He said you would still need carbohydrates and blah blah blah....Then one kid insisted that maybe if you drank milk, that would be sufficient...
So, is it possible to get on a diet of milk and supplements? If not, what kind of adjustments could i make?

A few (somewhat) simple grammar questions:
1.) Does the subjunctive mood exist in Enligsh? (Easy)
2.) Does the passive voice take a direct object? Does the verb "to be" take a direct object? (Easy)
3.) What question does an indirect statement answer (usually)? (Medium)
4.) Can a conjunction connect to unequal things (EX: A subject and a clause)? (Medium)
5.) Can a verb be used as a noun? If so, what is this called? (Medium)
6.) Is a "niether...nor" construction accounted as a double negative? (Easy)
7.) Does an impersonal verb take a subject? (Medium)
8.) Is the word "it" considered the subject of an impersonal verb? (medium)
9.) Do adverbs have degrees of manner? (Medium)
10.) How is an introductory conjunction like an adverb? (Hard)

You should get the easy ones right. The Mediums aren't so bad either. The Hard one shouldn't be hard for people who are well into High School or college or beyond.

I have a friend who about two years ago thought she had found Mr. Right, unfortunately after he promised to marry her and she bought a condo that he was suppose to share, he dumped her. Now she has met someone else and has bought another home with him, soon they are to be engaged and marry in the fall. I have known her since college and think she is moving to fast. This past summer she wanted to dump him because he was too needy and she wasn't attracted to him. I know feelings can change but how do you go from that to marriage six months later? After her last relationship I think she needs to be more cautious and slow down. I guess some people get married "just to get married" or is love confused for need?

Is it true that we let attractive people get away with more than we would a not so attractive person?

Like in a relationship, why do we let the attractive ones hurt us over and over again, but won't even give the not so attractive ones a chance?

And in legal issues and jobs, we seems to let the attracitive people slide more than anyone else.

Is this human nature or just the way society has conformed?

Might some crazed fan go after Brady and Moss? Could there be someone like the fan who went after kreepo Lennon? A i-love-you-to-death whacked out fan? any other strange thing that will possibly prevent Pats completing season with the greatest winning record ever? Should Brady and Moss have round-the-clock security. Could someone get to them from the stands? Pray for them.

God bless us all on this holy American day. The Macy's Day Parade is dark and ominous and Black Friday on Wall Street looms. The price of oil now holds us hostage and Tom Brady could be the target of a terrorist plan.

I worry! Pray for Brady and the stockmarket.
