Two jets leave St. Louis at 2 P.M., one traveling north at 850 km/h and the other south at 750/km/h. At what time will they be 4000 km apart?

Answer is 4:30PM.

How can I solve this?

I've written this chart, but I think I did it completely wrong.

I have done all the recommended checks - anti-virus, spy ware etc, i have used cleanup and crap remover, taken off programs not used often...everything I can think off but it is still SLOW!!! Other than adding extra memory (which I am looking into) is there anything else that can be suggested? Its really annoying.
I am toying with taking it to somewhere like PC World and asking them to look at it and sort it but that is a last resort.
Its not old...only had it 2 years, and all it is really used for is MSN, Face book and photos and there aren't many of them.
Any useful advise would be most welcome. Thanks........

Darwin's theory of evolution is often used as an anti-religious weapon, especially by politicians who control public-school education. Learning evolution in school is often connected with denial of creation by God.

The following citation from Darwin's book (On The Origin of Species, 6th edition, p.429, the closing paragraph of the Conclusion) will probably come as a shock to those anti-religious political evolutionists:

"There is grandeur in this view of life, with its several powers, having been originally breathed by the Creator into a few forms or into one..."

Darwin himself believed that life on earth was started by "the Creator", everything else is minor details. As it says in Genesis (ch.2, v.7): "...and He (God) breathed into him a breath of life."

When a teacher is required to teach the subject matter of Darwin's book, is the teacher also allowed to teach the closing paragraph of the same book?

She will give loud, gushy compliments on something but then when complimentee? (one to whom she gave compliment) is gone, will comment on how ugly the blouse/shoes really were or how unattractive the hair style really was. I'm often on the receiving end of these compliments (as are most of our mutual friends) and have heard her in action so I know that she will make sarcastic comment as soon as I'm gone. I've tried to be gracious and accept the compliment as though I thought it was sincere and I've also tried to avoid her but she's a close neighbor and it's difficult. I'm tempted to just say, "Cut the crap" but I hate to cause discord in our small community. Any suggestions?

Atheists and agnostics: If a religious person asks for your prayer in a time of need, do you pray to their god, do you just say you are going to pray and then don't, or do you tell them that you won't pray because you don't believe.

Religious folk: If someone of a different religion asks you to pray, do you pray to their god or yours?

It didn't come from Jews, they teach that blood sacrifice was just ONE way to atone with God, but you also had to atone with the person you offended and make efforts to right the wrong done to that person or peoples. They link action with repentence, believing that if you're truly sorry you'll try to make it right.

In addition to a blood sacrafice, there was also a flour sacrafice, as well as a prayer sacrafice. All were linked to actions. If you did something wrong, you made up for it (not just prayer "repentence", but actual repentance and atonement).

This has been lost to Christianity. People believe that they are accountable to no one but God, and if they do bad things, it's all forgiven if they ask Jesus to forgive them, because Jesus was the final blood sacrafice. Blood was never necessary, it was an offering, not a demand from God in order to obtain forgiveness. So where exactly did the belief that a blood sacrifice was necessary come from?

I have been thinking about sex before marriage and different beliefs on why or why not.

One of my close friends strongly believes in living with someone before marriage and shall we say, "test driving before buying?" What happens if you get married without test driving your "vehicle" and it totally sucks? Then you are stuck with this person forever...however, if you "test drive" it, you know exactly how the sex will be and you know what you are in for...

Is this person wrong in their beliefs? I think its a valid concern...I wouldn't want to be with someone forever who sucked in bed.... would you?

I was told in another question that I missed the Rapture. Did anybody else's parents/church make them watch those "Thief in the Night" movies? And were you as totally emotionally scarred by them as I was? I swear, if I came downstairs and my parents weren't immediately visible, I was always terrified I'd missed the Rapture. And worried that I would accidentally take the Mark of the Beast somehow.

Talk about scare tactics! As a parent, I could NEVER do that to my kids!!
