Personally, I only shout when someone sneaks up behind me while I'm mowing the lawn and another instance would be when I'm engrossed in something (normally a household chore) and I turn around and someone is standing there...never fails. Great question, by the way.

because when the individual is near by there silent but then decide to harrass and shout at that person from a distance.
