Hypothetically, what happens to a person's debts (credit cards, car loans, bank accounts, etc) after they die? If a person has no children and the only living relative and person listed in the will is a mother, are these debts then transferred to the mother? Do these debts then affect the next of kin's credit? Are the next of kin responsible for paying on them, closing the accounts, or other actions?

Five months ago, I bought a wireless G TiVo adapter. Doesn't appear to have been compatible with Vista then. Have things changed. Do I need a different wireless router? I have a cheap D-link, but thought it would work ok. Wrong. It's been sitting in a drawer till when I can use it. Now I don't have a landline and have run out of programming. I have high speed internet via Hughesnet. What do I need to do or buy to get back to getting updates/programming?

My girlfriend of almost 4 years ended our relationship not so long ago. She says we wont get back together, but then says I need to trust God. That if were meant to be he'll bring us back together. She says she's not pursuring other relationships, but that I dont need to force " us " on her, and whatever happens-happens. Then when I'm not so available to her, she doesnt like it so much, she wants to call from time to time, or invite me out to lunch or something, and when she does she still flirts with me. She's pretty stubborn, and says no we won't, but then she'll say God who created the world and me can change my mind. That if she is the desire of my heart, I need to trust Him, before he'll ever give her back. I know it may sound weird in todays modern world, but these are the facts. I still love her, and the way she acts I'd say she still loves me, but just says no when it comes to us dating again. I think she wants to see some change in me, and when I do she'll be ready for us.

I have seen several comments on this here today. I find this claim funny even if it is true. Since when is quantity more important than quality? I go to a weekly Bible study at my church. It normally lasts for 2 hours. Sometimes we will only get through a couple verses in the book we are discussing. This is quality study as opposed to quantity. So which would you prefer quality or quantity?

Well Im currently a student at University of Florida. What I was thinking of doing by either taking a year off or just doing it after I graduate is....making a website and trying to gather various media attention in which people will vote on what I do to raise money for the cure for cancer (or HIV or something along those lines, the main idea is to make a difference)...It would all involve me traveling, and the bigger the task the more donation required to vote for that...ie 25 cents per vote that i bike from my home in tampa to Orlando....ranging up to maybe $50 or $100 per vote that I walk from Tampa (or Gainesville) to California....and maybe a slightly lower donation amount that I'll ride a bike for the journey...and an even lower amount for me to walk/bike to New York from Florida. Well what do you think about the idea? Would it work?
