The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank! You will need to drop the tank and replace the fuel pump and sending unit from the top of the tank.
I would highly recommend that you use a factory pump, rather than an aftermarket one. We have had so many problems with aftermarket fuel pumps that our shops will only use them if the customer insists, and will not warranty the labor if an aftermarket pump fails!

If the fuel pump is out, hopefully you were pretty low on fuel. First, disconnect the neg. battery cable.Jack up the rear of the van and properly secure front wheels etc.Loosen the three 7mm screws at the gas cap. Place a jack under the fuel tank and loosen the two strap bolts(15mm deep socket). Slowly lower the tank. Fuel pump right there on top. Remove the plug and fuel lines and remove the plastic holding ring. Remove pump and reverse operation and test drive...It is really not as hard as some people think...Good luck to ya.

just to add to bo"s answer...make sure the seal inside the retaining ring does not shift when reinstalling it.you should use a new seal and also make sure the retaining ring is flush/leveled with the fuel pump
