This morning I woke up feeling nauseous, achy, and I had a head ache. I also have the chills and my throat is killing me. Is there ANYTHING I can do before I take a 6 hour road trip tomorrow for thanksgiving? Thanks, guys.

I heard the reason the later Dragoon pistol had a shorter cylinder was because of incidents where the walker had exploded, are modern replicas still in danger of this?
(I mean with a roundball and 60 grains of fffg powder)Thanks for any help!

Please explain the following statement: "If there kurks in most modern minds the notion that no desire of our own good and earnestly to hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing I submit that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is not part of the Christian faith." Also, please compare the sentiment Lewis expresses about sentiments of Kant's in this text as opposed to the sentiments he expressed in The Problem of Pain. Help! I've commonly read that the recent global warming temperature increase has been a worldwide average increase of 1 degree Fahrenheit (+ - .32) over the past century.

However, I'm wondering what that average is? Is it a yearly mean increase? A daily mean increase? Some other measure?

If anyone knows I'd love to see a reference.

you found out just recently that your mother slept with your boyfriend while you was away in colorado visiting family. My mother told me that she didnt want me with this guy, and to have an abortion when i was pregnant. Is that the reason why she wanted me to have the abortion, because if i would of found out, that they had been sleeping together, that i would drop both of them? What would u do drop both? I disklike my mother right now, but its putting stress on my relationship.

I don't cook, and I don't eat right, because the span of my kitchen skills is "add water and stir". But I want to start by making quick and easy meals so that I can continue to improve my health and my eating habits. Any online resources that offer simple menus of foods for each meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) to make that are pretty common for even the most inexperienced cook?

I always make healthy choices when they are available, but I want to take more control over my diet, instead of hoping that there is a healthy selection to choose from when I go somewhere. Besides, eating out is expensive, and you can't guarantee that foods are as healthy as advertised.

ive been in a long distance relationship for over 3 months; we're in love; recently got a message from my boyfriend's ex girlfriend telling me that he's been cheating on me with her. I do know that she is bitter from there past and still loves him. So i thought she was lying at first. So i talked to him about it. i asked him if he slept wiht her whiel we were together, he said no. I kept in contact wiht her through emails, my best freind even called her askin her if shes tellin the whole truth, she stands by her story. Howeer he hasnt said anything to reassure me or convince me otherwise. i don't know who or what to belive anymore. He's been distant (no phone calls). my gut feeling tells me he did but i still dont know who to beleive. He's done it to his ex girlfreind when they first dated with his previous ex. and when i ask him whats goin on he says he doesnt know...i get no clear answers...

He usually offers me really good advice, like the time he told me it would be delicious to eat the mushrooms growing on my basement floor, but sometimes its bad advice like the time he told me that what my mom really wanted for her birthday was a rabid possum.
