The person who won the election (and was the actual president after the inauguration) would order the police/secret service/military to remove him from the premises.

Trust me. We're getting a new president.

Then the President would have the Secret Service evict him from the White House.

After 1/20/09, Bush IS NOT the president.

Neither the military, nor any other agency, would violate the Constitution to keep him in power.

Needless to say, there is no basis for believing Bush would do anything of the kind, making this hypothetical situation quite meaningless.

He would be forcibly removed from office. He hasn't suspended the constitution yet. But what he has done has PO'ed a bunch on both sides. He will not stay in office.

That is the $100, 000, 000, 000 question. Would the military follow the oath they took to protected and defend the Constitution? Would Blackwater hold the military hostage (since they now control their supply lines and so much else)? Would the American people be sheep or go to the streets? Would corporate America cheer or jeer? My guess, we would be sheepishly led to the slaughter and few patriots (myself among them) would stand up, suffer rendition or disappearance and we will follow the game plan the neo-cons have put in place, and grandpa Bush would have loved, to become the Facist States of Corporate America.

You mean like Bill Clinton tried to do?

It would not happen. Bush will uphold the constitution, just like he always has.
