I've been offered a job but cannot afford a double mortgage. This is unfortunate because I will have to decline the job unless there is some way to avoid having to pay two mortgages until the first house sells. What are my options?

After paying the first mortgage, I would be left with $300 per month with which to pay for the second house/rental.

This is a completely true story:
When I was in college, I had a sociology assignment to visit a church of a different denomination. So I chose a local Pentacostal church. I will admit that I was a Goth girl, all black clothes, pale face, crazy faux-hawk hair do at the time. However, besides a little reading on the subject, I was not into witchcraft and I knew nothing about Satanism or any other controversial religion. Actually, I was Catholic at the time.

So I went to the service and 2 friend went with me. It was very interesting. We decided to leave and on the way out into the parking lot, this man approaches us and says he's a PI hired by the church to investigate threats to the chuch. He knew the names of some of my friends and said they had been watching them for witchcraft. It was really bizarre. Is this normal for Pentacostal churches or was this particular church really over doing it?

Okay, I've been doing a review sheet for my pre-calc final and I've been able to do most of these problems okay. (Albeit it takes me awhile sometimes, lots of trial and error.)

However out of all of them these five gave me the most trouble, in the section of verifying trigonomic identities, if anyone knows how to work these out in steps I'd be greatly appreciative to know.

Anyhow here they are:

1.) sec^4 - tan^4x = sec^2x = tan^2x
2.) cos θ (sec θ - cos θ) = sin^2 θ
3.)
(sinx + cosx)^2 / sin^2x-cos^2x = sin^2x - cos^2 / (sin x - cos x)^2
(I think I'm doing this one correctly but I am still curious about it.)

4.)
(cotx - cscx)^2 = 1-cosx / 1+cosx

5.) (3cos θ - 4 sin θ)^2 + (4cos θ + 3 sin θ)^2 = 25

Any help would be great!

hey, im tyring to buy all my products which are animal cruelty free or not tested on animals...(the whole brand/distributor) .... i usually buy the airwick or glade plugins but they are all animal tested (or the brand is using animal testing).....i dont like using candles or spray air fresheners because i like a constant smell in my house as i have 2 dogs... anyone know of any? thanks:)

I would like to change the ugly chandelier in the home I just moved in to, however, looking at it I am afraid to do so. There is this UN-COVERED wire hanging down in the chandlier change next to a covered wire. In the picture I saw while trying to figure out how to install a chandelier there was only one wire and it was covered. What is the thin uncovered wire then???? is it safe to touch it??? Pls help

i have a 2001 ford police intercepter with 105,000 miles, good oil in trany and engine, no leaks, the car is in good condition, only the paint part, it was black and white, so i took it in to paint 3 days ago and today i came by to check it out, and when the guy started the engine it squealed for a few seconds and then gradually stoped but still sounded weird espesially when backing up, well he told me dont wory its just the belt, he then opend the hood and sprayed some lubercant and the sqeal stoped but then after a few hours came back again when we started the engine, if its the belt why all of the sudden its squealing the belts are new replaced at 100,000 miles. whats the problem?

Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said in a written proposal that a final declaration by OPEC leaders, who arrive here Saturday for a two-day summit, should express concern by member states over the fall of the US dollar.
Reacting to the request, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal Saudi Arabia's foreign minister warned that mentioning the falling dollar could lead to the "collapse" of the US currency.
"There are media people outside waiting to catch this point and they will add to it (exaggerate) and we may find that the dollar collapses," he said.
Member states should express concern over "the continued depreciation of the US dollar" in the final declaration, Mottaki said.
