Right now I work at Target, but I really don't like it, because I don't like large environments with alot of people. Im more comfortable in a smaller environment where I know everyone.

You could get another job in a smaller environment but if you can stick it out at Target it may benefit you in the long run in the event you end up in a job where you will be in a large environment.
