You should run a couple days a week and build up to more days, do as many sit ups as you can and keep building on that, you have to do a lot in like 2 minutes I can't remember how many, also try eating good foods lot's of protein and balance it with fiber, just think basics for each meal like protein, carbs and veggies. Also get plenty of water and fruit. OH and stretch before you run and drink plenty of water cause you will cramp if you don't stretch for like 10 minutes to get ready and cool down and stretch when you are done, I would start with like 20 minute jogging sessions at first. Try and find a work out buddy to, cause it sucks to work out alone! Good luck !

Are you seeing the vein of thought in all of your previous answers? Aerobics are key. Running, hiking, biking, soccer or whatever appeals to you. It means more to be able to keep going and going than being all bulked up. Plus you will see more and learn more.

The number one thing is YOUR MIND. High school will come and go as 3 more years means nothing in the scale of life. Kick butt in school, read and ponder the world. Point is don't just concentrate on the physical.

Make sure you run at least 5 days a week, keep working on whatever requirements your branch wants. Such as, sit ups, push ups, 100m swim, 1.5 mile run, and so on.

If you set goals for yourself, you'll find out you will be in shape in no time.
