im doing 11km per hour during an hour at 80-85% heart rate.
im 34 and my goal is to be making 15km/hour during 3 hours in a year time period. Is that possible? if so, how can i make it? if not, whats the fastest i can go?
i started running 6mos ago. after 3mos i improved my time 16%. after that ive improved the cardio somewhat, not the timing. thanks!

I have 2 electric yellows and I just finally realized the smaller electric yellow is a male because his bottom and rear fin has black color.....before this week it didn't show the color.

my other yellow is also a male.....but is so much BIGGER than him, yet i got these BOTH at the SAME time and SAME size!

i kept thinking that the smaller one must have been a female, since females are generally smaller then males, until i found out today hes a male as well....and hes barely growing. when i feed them they both eat every time too and theres absolutely no bullying, fighting, their black top fin is as black as black can be.

so my question is, how come? how could this yellow be growing so slow.

She died 1 month ago, I know it's too soon but when it happened I promised myself I'd be strong and move on as soon as possible, but after a complete month I feel exactly the same way as the day she died. The car is great but one problem is that it pulls to the right. I have to turn the steering wheel about an inch to the left to keep it straight. what could be the problem????????

Me and my girlfriend would like to start being intimate together, and I believe she'd be more comfortable if I'd buy the birth control for it, I feel dumb for asking this - but where can I get the pill at and for how much usually (I don't want to get anything too cheap), so while I'm being responsible with it all, where do I get it ? lol

I am getting married in June and one of my close friends (who I am considering asking to be in my bridal party) is allergic to many flowers. She does not like to take allergy medication. Because I was hoping to have an English wildflower theme for the wedding, I do not want to use fake flowers.

I am having an afternoon wedding with the ceremony indoors and the reception outside.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Here are my ideas:

1. Ask my friend to be guestbook girl instead of bridesmaid
2. Have all the bridesmaids carry something besides flowers -- suggestions welcome!
3. Have each bridesmaid carry a different bouquet of a single type of wildflower -- try to find one for my friend that she is not allergic to
4. Your great idea goes here:_________________

It's early 2009. I am dressed in an orange jump suit standing in a long line at some re education camp. I am staring at my government issued healthcare card that tells me they can get me in for a pap smear in 14 months. The fat lady at the front of the line whispers 'It's free honey, take it. You don't have to work for it - she is giving it to you". I just nod my head terrified of the German Shepards growling at me. I am going there next month and had a couple questions for you if you stayed there.
How nice are the rooms compared to "regular" 2-3 star hotels?
In the restaurants that they have is there anything that's american(american beer/spirits, certain american foods?)
Any ideas of some hotel services I could/should take advantage of while staying there? i never stayed in a 5 star before and I'm going there based on hilton points so..
