You have a front end alignment problem, Take it to a reputable tire store or a independent shop that offers alignment services. Most tire stores do front end alignment, note that some vehicles must have a 4 wheel alignment done in order for the vehicle to be in proper alignment. this may or may not apply to your vehicle, they will be able to tell you that. The alignment person will also check all components associated with the alignment to be sure they are not excessively worn. If you do have any worn parts, they will have to be replaced first before an alignment can be done.

the only other thing that would cause this is the front end being out of alignment on it,that will cause it to pull no matter how good the tires are on it,you should have this checked, there could also be a few bad front end parts worn real badly that would cause this to happen, most of the time when tires are put on a shop will check for this, you shouldn't have to fight with it to keep it in the road, have it checked though it could be something that could cause an accident or loss of the steering, good luck on it,

Wheel alignment or balancing is a primary suspect but sometimes a tyre can be defective and cause this to happen even if the tyre looks good. It is sometimes termed radial run out and will require the tyre to be replaced.
In all cases of poor handling the vehicle should immediately be taken to a specialist for inspection as it can prove fatal when braking or manoeuvring at anything but very low speeds

Take it to a repair shop. It sounds like it needs a tire alignment.
