No, sorry. I'd rather prefer for a partner someone who speaks her mind, not some kind of trained pet.

Well.. alot of women would like to have a man with a nice body and wearing nothing but a towel/boxers, etc around his waist, doing the dishes and forever bringing home flowers and chocolates and always being a gentleman and not have any interest in sport........But that's just wishful and unrealistic thinking. We accept men the way they are(and they're just fine that way) but some men have their unrealistic fantasies also and that's all they are. :) Nothing to take seriously and real life never works out that way anyway.

Hmm if that's an ideal partner, what happens when both the man and the woman ages, do they spend all their money on plastic surgery to remain beautiful? Sounds pretty shallow. Even dogs disobey their owners..always is quite a long time to be obedient. Why don't they just get a doll? Dolls will age extremely well and are very pliable, or so I'm told.

"A woman who is beautiful and always does as she is told." Is the ideal woman? Seriously?!?
Yup me too.. there is a fortune to be made in bordellos. Lets help all such women form a union and obtain a good hourly rate for their services.
You might not be able to change the ideal, but you can make sure it is properly compensated. Ideal women like this make $400 an hour in Sydney.

No, she's not. She's kinda a talking doll, always pretty, always shallow, a pretty doll to play with, but nothing else. If she always obeys and never speaks her mind she can't divide a life with you. She can't impress you with her personality, she can't tell you when you're being a moron, she can be able to gain complicity with you, that feeling of a precarious alliance that makes love even more special.

I just tried to view that question and it said that Yahoo is "taking a breather"...apparently they've had enough of the nonsense, too...lol!
The people who claim this type of woman is their "ideal" are those who are shallow, dominating, controlling, arrogant, selfish and ignorant.
Thankfully those people are few. I know it doesn't seem like it sometimes, because this forum seems to attract quite a few dysfunctional people.

LOL @ Professor C. Oh, that's priceless...
Why do I have the feeling that he's never had ANY beautiful woman do ANYTHING...much less what he told her to do (except for Mum, of course..."Mummy, could you help me wash my backside, I can't reach!").
C'mon, you can't let let THIS guy be the one to make you leave...seriously...HIM?

Absolutely not. Any person that lets someone else tell them what to do usually has some emotional issues that she or he has to deal with. The criteria is the same whether its a female or male.

Your blossom is too delicate for these harsh winds?
Okay, fine, if you're disgusted and wish to leave, then I suppose you must leave. Certainly I know the feeling; the chaff/wheat ratio here is not encouragingly low. Must you leave immediately?
I stay because I wonder: "What if you miss the one good post, from that one good mind, only because you could not bear another day of froth and inanity?"
