I thought my second wife was my soul mate. I thought this marriage was a match made in Heaven. I was wrong. After 7 years of trying to make what should have been the perfect marriage work I find myself divorced again.
I'm told I'm a nice guy and the people who know me think I'm a good person. I have most of the physical custody of my son and for that I am grateful. I have a new apartment and I'm saving for a house to buy for my son and I. My home life is peaceful now, and my work pays the bills. Life is good in many ways so what's the problem.
The problem comes when I think about dating again and starting another relationship. I just can't see myself doing it. I'm 48 years old and there are plenty of women out there but when I look through the personals ads and try to imagine myself dating again I get turned off. I've only been divorced a few months now and the whole process was hellish . Is this the wrong way to feel?

The biosphere and biosphere 2 project both failed. Partly due to human interaction problems but also the first time around there were oxygen issues. I don't know the specifics but I am thinking they had plenty of plants but maybe not enough humans to exhale enough carbon dioxide to match the plants or something? Or maybe they needed more plants? Either way a ship or station would need enough plants and the ability to produce proper light for the plants which would be no easy feat. I have to assume the energy would have to be solar based which means if the ship left the range of the sun they would run out of power. One thing is for certain the earth and sun will not last forever so in order for humans to perform deep space exploration we would need a 100% working hibernation system that can freeze all cell aging or a way of getting energy without needing the sun.

Well, me and my fiance are getting married December 29, and everything is too expensive around the holidays for us to go to cancun or somewhere like that. So far we have no honeymoon plans, but I would really like to do something.

After the wedding we are really short on money, I can afford 1k but that is the max. I don't want us to get married and then come back to my house(our house then), and then that be that(or if we do, something memorable I can put together).

Somewhere to get away for a few days maybe?(We live in Fort wayne, IN), something really special or sweet to do? I'm looking for ideas, and even if I don't find one here, I'm hoping they will help spark me to think of the perfect plan for this situation.

Remember this when she runs for President

Bill & Hillary: Worth remembering and this came from a Democrat.

Dear Mr. Ex President Clinton:

I recently saw a bumper sticker that said, "Thank me, I voted for Clinton-Gore." So, I sat down and reflected on that, and I am sending my "Thank you" for what you have done, specifically:

1. Thank you for introducing us to Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, Dolly Kyle Browning, Kathleen Willey, and Juanita Broderick. Did I leave anyone out?

2. Thank you for teaching my 8 year old about oral sex. I had really planned to wait until he was a little older to discu ss it with him, but now he knows more about it than I did as a senior in college.

3. Thank you for showing us that sexual harassment in the work place (especially the White House) and on the job is OK, and all you have to know is what the meaning of "is" is. It really is great to know that certain sexual acts are not sex, and one person may have sex while the other one does NOT have sex.

4. Thank you for reintroducing the concept of impeachment to a new generation and demonstrating that the ridiculous plot of the movie; "Wag the Dog" could be plausible after all.

5. Thanks for making Jimmy Carter look competent, Gerald Ford look graceful, Richard Nixon look honest, Lyndon Johnson look truthful, and John Kennedy look moral.

6. Thank you for the 73 House and Senate witnesses who have pled the 5th Amendment and 17 witnesses who have fled the country to avoid testifying about Democratic campaign fund raising.

7. Thank you, for the 19 charges, 8 convictions, and 4 imprisonments from the Whitewater "mess" and the 55 criminal charges and 32 criminal convictions (so far) in the other " Clinton" scandals.

8. Thanks also for reducing our military by half, "gutting" much of our foreign policy, and flying all over the world on "vacations" carefully disguised as necessary trips.

9. Thank you, also, for "finding" millions of dollars (I really didn't need it in the first place, and I can't think of a more deserving group of recipients for my hard-earned tax dollars) for all of your globe-trotting. I understand you, the family and your cronies have logged in more time aboard Air Force One than any other administration.

10. Now that you've left the White House, thanks for the 140 pardons of convicted felons and indicted felons-in-ex ile. We will love to have them rejoin society. (Not to mention the scores you pardoned while Governor of Arkansas )

11. Thanks also for removing the White House silverware. I'm sure that Laura Bush didn't like the pattern anyway. Also, enjoy the housewarming gifts you've received from your "friends."

12. Thanks to you and your staff in the West Wing of the White House for vandalizing and destroying government property on the way out. I also appreciate removing all of that excess weight ( China , silverware, linen, towels, ash trays, soap, pens, magnetic compass, flight manuals, etc.) out of Air Force 1. The weight savings means burning less fuel, thus less tax dollars spent on jet fuel. Thank you!

13. And finally, please ensure that Hillary enjoys the $8 million dollar advance for her "tell-all " book and you, Bill, the $10 million advance for your memoirs. Who says crime doesn't pay?

14. The last and most important point - thank you for forcing Israe l to let Mohammed Atta go free. Terrorist pilot Mohammed Atta blew up a bus in Israel in 1986. The Israelis captured, tri! ed and imprisoned him. As part of the Oslo agreement with the Palestinians in 1993, Israel had to agree to release so-called "political prisoners". However, the Israelis would not release any with blood on their hands. The American President at the time, Bill Clinton, and his Secretary of State, Warren Christopher, "insisted" that all prisoners be released. Thus Mohammed Atta was freed and eventually thanked the US by flying an airplane into Tower One of the World Trade Center . This was reported by many of the American TV networks at the time that the terrorists were first identified. It was censored in the US from all later reports. Why shouldn't Americans know the real truth?
What a guy!

SINCERELY,
A US Citizen

PS. Please pass along a special thank you to Al Gore for "inventing" the Internet, without which I would not be able to send th is wonderful, factual e-mail.

AND THE REST OF THE STORY:

It's common knowledge that in order for her to establish NY residency, they purchased a million dollar-plus house in upscale Chappaqua , New York . Makes sense. They are entitled to Secret Service protection for life. Still makes sense.

Here is where it becomes interesting. Their mortgage payments hover at around $10,000 per month. BUT, an extra residence HAD to be built within the acreage to house the Secret Service agents.

The Clintons charge the Federal government $10,000 monthly rent for the use of that extra residence, which is just about equal to their mortgage payment. This means that we, the taxpayers, are paying the Clinton 's salary, mortgage, transportation, safety and security, as well as the salaries for their 12 man staff -- and, this is all perfectly legal!

When she runs for President, will you vote for her?

How many people can YOU send this to? Unfortunately s ome will read it and not care but just maybe this will get through to others.

2. Was medicine taken? If so what was it? Was it conventional or alternative? Prescribed over the counter or home remedy?
3. Was it something that had been used before?
4. Was advice sought from a pharmist and were any other practitioners consulted? (e.g. physiotherapists, osteopaths, etc.)
5. Was there any change in behaviour (time off work, rest, exercise, dietary change)
6. And finally did you ignore the symptom and wait for it to go away?

Could you please identify your age, sex and your occupation.

Thanks very much for your response.

Just wondering how the two compare. I have never lived in a house before, so I don't know how much it should cost to heat one. I have typically spent about $60-70/ mo to heat the one bedroom apartments I have had, but that included using the gas stove and my gas water heater. Now we are in our first house, and we filled a propane tank for the winter. It was $500, but the company that filled it for us said it is enough to last us till spring even if we set the heat really high 24/7.The stove and water heater are electric so the propane isn't used for those things. If you live in a home with a "normal" heater, do you spend over $500 to heat it for a whole winter? For comparison sake it is a small two story three bedroom house, built well over 100 years ago.

Buffalo is an old manufacturing based city that once counted amongst its numerous factories the second largest steel works in the world, employing over 25,000 people at its height. It is closed and mothballed now today, but some of the other major manufacturers are General Motors' mammouth car engine plant--the largest automobile engine factory in the world. Ford Motor Company's body stamping plant is also located in Buffalo. Besides manufacturing Buffalo is also noted for its long harsh winters, a losing football team that often gets to the big dance but loses dramatically. The Buffalo Chicken Wing was invented there and Buffalo is also well renowned for having excellent pizza. To many visitors Buffalo paints a bleak picture with its aging factories, long dark winters, dwindling population and brutaly high unemployment rates. Still others find something special about its hardy friendly citizens.
Can you think of a particular British city that would be somewhat equal to Buffalo?
