I have been a dancing for eleven years now, but I've never been in perfect shape. For the past few months I have been exercising (running a few miles, 200-500 sit ups, weight training, pilates, volleyball) for 6 hours a week, plus I have 6 hours of dance rehearsals a week. I have been trying to lose weight, and I did lose some body fat, and Im stronger than i have ever been before, so Ive gained ALOT of muscle, I now weigh more than when i started, is that healthy or accurate?
