What are good foods, fruits, and vegetables, and other things to eat while exercising for joints. When i work out my joints tend to hurt, so what should i eat or do to resolve this.

Essential Fatty Acids like fish oil are good for joint health. Glucosamine and chondroitin are essential for joint health and help to repair cartilage. There are some herbs that are important for joint health like; Sea Cucumber, Boswella Serrata, White Willow Bark and Turmeric.

Work Out? I assume you are warming up first before you 'work out' likewise I wonder what type of exercise you are doing? Joints like the correct exercise, but I am worried because you say they hurt, so you might not be doing the correct exercise, might be overdoing the exercise, not warming up let alone cooling down? I would check that first before thinking about foods for Joints. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and one thing I have learned 'Joint Protection!' If you could walk one day in my shoes, you would realize just what you might be doing to yourself and their is not cure for Arthritis! I have just turned 49 and have been measured for a electric wheelchair!

try nuvium in the morning and night for 3.96 it's good to drink.-go to superfresh, acme or shop rite-- i have horrific fibromyalgia and when i have a pain outbreak- and they leave me on the floor crying...i drink this with a load of protien and a tramadol and i am better in an hour or so.
