I was having lunch with this great looking guy I met recently and we kind of flirted and he said that women who look like me scare men...Well I know I should ask him what he mend by that but some friends joined us and we dropped it...
What the f**k could he mean by that?

I don't remember much, but I remember a TV breathing and you could see the screen move in and out. Also, I believe the walls would stretch and show outlines of faces, but I'm not as sure about that memory.

if you do not understand the the first part of the question, i have provided an example below:
if i was heating a beaker with glass enclosed in it (through rubber stopping or suctioning) by completely submerging the beaker into the water bath, how does the beaker, then obtain the same temperature as the water bath within eight to ten minutes? could you please make sure to tell what the name of this property is called?

Here is the question:

A light is on the ground 20m form a building. A man 2m tall walks directly towards the building at 3m/s. How fast is the length of his shadow on the building changing when he is 8m from the building?

I got ds/dt=20m/s but I am kind of doubting myself since I'm incredibly bad in related rates. Can someone check this over and i'f wrong can please just show me why I'm wrong. Thanks

Okay. So my name is Cavilynn Estel Sonderez. I hate it so much. Cavilynn is so odd. I like different, but this is like OMG. Also, everybody calls my Cavy, THAT'S THE SHORTENED SCIENTIFIC NAME FOR A GUINEA PIG! And my middle name HORID! Why do parents play with our names. My sisters name's are Kayleen Marie, Laena Seara, Shana Lynn and then me. I feel like I'm the worst name out of the bunch. I'm 14. I've tryed to get people to call me Lynn, but it hasn't caught on. Can prayer ACTUALLY cure pain?
Is there such a thing as "thinking" pain away?
Do YOU have the ability to think YOUR pain away, or does your pain need to be managed by a judicious use of pain medications, mixed with prayer?
I live in constant pain & accept it, but it doesn't go away. I have just learned not to make a big deal out of it in my daily life.
But sometimes the pain gets bad and no amount of acceptance is going to make it easier to live with, so I take pain meds and I pray for relief.
Does this make me weak, or a "bad" person? There are so many "gurus" out there spouting off the wall philosophies about how we should live our lives. California seems to be bad for this. Can we believe ANYTHING they say?
