I don't remember much, but I remember a TV breathing and you could see the screen move in and out. Also, I believe the walls would stretch and show outlines of faces, but I'm not as sure about that memory.

It is nightmare on elm street the 2nd or third one ...it still had the original girl in it so probley the 2nd
