All normal people who are smart do not abuse or ridicule those who are mentally challenged . You cannot make a statement like that!! Some people are nasty regardless of their mental capacity and act even worse to those who serve them. To answer your question " Yes ! They are unnice ".

it not that they are not nice they just do not know the meaning of the word nice they are having their own problems too so they will always be like that.
