We just put in 1200 sq. ft. of new tile floors. I have washed them so many times and they still have sand on them. How long does it take to get it all up? I even got on the floors and washed each tile 3 times before moving on to the next tile. I can't believe they are still sandy! Is there some trick to getting it all off?

I bought some white nailpolish at Claire's the other day, and I tried it on. but for some reason, im getting a thought that it looks a a bit like white-out!! is white nailpolish really real, or is it just a phony? just plain white-out?? I really want to know!!

Also, is it dangerous to put white-out on your nails? Not that I would, anyway, but I'm just saying.

Thanks to a link provided to me in another question (at bottom), it appear that Hillary **UNBELIEVABLY** is supporting and promoting CENSORSHIP!!

Censorship should be ANATHEMA to all sensible and thinking Americans! And SHE actually seems to be advocating the censorship and restriction of something as harmless and innocuous as **video games**.

This quirk on her part is really scary!! Imagine having a President who would flout our First Amendment rights?!? YIKES!!

I have a yard sign for her in front of my house, and have planned to vote for her in the Iowa Caucus. But now I don't know! A **censor** for President? Looks like I'd better re-evaluate Barack Obama and John Edwards, and see how THEY would stand on this! *Before* I cast my IOWA vote!

I had a convo with some co-workers and they believe that truth is relative; basically, everyone has their own truth. I don't believe that it is. There has to be an absolute truth. Everyone's truth can't be the ultimate truth. I can say my truth is the sun won't rise tomorrow and someone can say that their truth is that their is no sun, but the absolute truth is that there is a sun and it's going to rise tomorrow. What do you guys think...

It used to be illegal for a woman to vote in this country. Do you think that it was wrong for women to protest that law? It used to be illegal for blacks to share the same spaces as whites during segregation. So do you think it was wrong for those blacks to organize PEACEFUL sit-ins to bring about change even though they were breaking the law while doing so? It used to be illegal for a black and a white person to get married during segregation times in this country. Because they were of different races, their love was against the law. So do you think it was wrong for them to be in love even though the law prohibited it? I ask this becasue many people say that the reason they oppose illegal immigration is just because "it is illegal". Given the history of this country making some pretty ridiculous things illegal, can we really use that as a defense?

My husband and I are seperated(I pretty much left him because he is an alcoholic) He decided he didn't want us,so he has a new girlfriend that is pregnant. We had all of our stuff shipped here where I live. He put aside these boxes that had all of my daughters baby clothes, toys etc. He wanted to take them for his new baby. I told him no,because I bought alot of that stuff and so did my parents. I am not going to give another baby my daughters clothes because it is not my problem he did this. He told me if I don't give him the clothes back,he will not pay me anything for our kids until it goes to court.(he hasn't paid me in 6 weeks,he was paying me $100 weekly for 2 kids) I am not giving the clothes to him and that is final. Am I right or wrong? At the same time I feel wrong because we are talking about a innocent baby that didn't ask for this. Why wouldn't he want to pay for his kids? Thanks for your opinions!!

A couple months ago, I developed ringworm on my leg that starting becoming surrounded with decent-sized blisters (not boils). At first, my doctor believed it was MRSA that was contracted through the ringworm. But when tests came back, another doctor told me that I was negative for MRSA and that it was just a staph infection.

She perscribed me to meds that cured both the ringworm and the blisters, although the area in which the blister/ringworm was looks as if it were bruised (barely visible today)

But a couple days ago, I noticed a single blister near my armpit no more than a quarter of an inch wide. At first, it hurt much as the staph blisters on my leg did has since developed a scab and doesn't hurt much at all.

Here are my concerns:

Could this be MRSA? Even though my doctor told me it wasn't, a recent MRSA cover-up I heard about has me worried as well as many surrounding schools infected with it.

What are the symptoms of MRSA and how deadly is it?

Why is there suffering in the world?

We are told in R.S that God is all good and all powerful

(Not just in Christianity in most mainstream Religions)

But then why does he allow suffering?

If he allows suffering that he could stop surely it means he is not all good!

Or if he can't stop the suffering then that would mean he is not all powerful!

Do you agree or disagree?
