If your insurance company is supposed to pay 80% of a procedure, but then refuses...is there any recourse in a matter like this?

It really isn't for me. I know someone I want to make a deal with, and know that he had double knee replacement and this happened to him. I thought that maybe if I helped him out with his problem, it would increase the chance of me securing the deal.

...what are those principals and how are they uniquely Christian? And how do you reconcile the parts of our Constitution that contradict Christ's edicts? For example, the Constitution allows for usury. It also allows retaliatory punishment. Christ said to turn the other cheek.

In fact, I challenge anybody to name even one uniquely Christian principal that is also mandated by US law. I'll grant that there used to be blasphemy laws, but the supreme court ruled those unConstitutional years ago.

Now a days electornic medias is too much angry with the NASA about the concealments of the truth and facts about the programes related to the UFO and space programmes. Why NASA does not speaks about the truth in respects of the aliens, moon and other planets. Why NASA is not showing and helping the History and Geog channels to show the truth.

if Mary is the mother and God is the father, and God is spirit not flesh, and the spirit of God got Mary pregnant, where did jesus get his genes? i mean, if God is spirit, then he coudnt have put in any genes. and if the only genes came from Mary, then her baby would have been a perfect clone of her. so why then is Jesus a guy? When Jesus died on the cross we are told that the veil tore in two. I have always been taught and believe that this means we can go directly to God. That there was no longer a need for a priest. In Hebrews 4:16 we are told we can go boldly before the throne of grace. In 1 Peter 2:9 we see that all believers are declared to be a royal priesthood. So my question is with all the above why is there a need for priests now? Why would God tear the veil symbolizing we can come to Him without priests and then reinstate priests who we have to go to Him through? Isn't it just possible that the office of priest is not needed anymore?

My friend has a 5 year old that calls her step father dad. He has been apart of her life for 3 years and spends most of her time with the step dad. She doesn't like calling him by his first name and they have tried nicknames. She was calling him step daddy but told them that it takes to long to say so she wants to just call him daddy. Her "real" dad doesn't like it and has made some threats. Can she lose custody of the child for allowing her to call him "daddy"? (don't know if there is a different answer for each state so, we are from texas). I have been a housekeeper for almost sixteen years. I have worked in dozens of hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts' and inns. My question is what is more important to you, the traveler? How clean your bathroom is, the landscaping of the hotel, whether or not there are scuff marks on the walls from luggage carts and the like...what sticks out the most to you when you're traveling? Do you choose a place because of the name or because you've stayed there before? How much detail of the cleanliness of a place are you really noticing other than how clean your room is? I mean, I know that's the most important but I'm wondering about the little things outside your room, what are you looking for in a place to stay that's going to feel as comfortable as home?

I'm going to keep this as short as possible. My ex broke up with 2 months ago while still having feelings for me. We stayed friends and he talked to me everyday for a month. We still hung out at parties with our mutual friends. It got to a point where a couple times I said I couldnt handle this and I was miserable. Finally I made a comment about some girl he works with that knew about our break up before me that he cares more about her although I know deep down he doesnt care about her at all and he finds her very unattractive. Thats what set him off the cut contact with me.

Its been a month and up until that incident he really wanted to try to make us work. We just have a really good connection. We're the idiots who can sit around and do nothing and its fun. He always told me how happy I made him and he could be himself with me. I think I hurt him a lot with my comment. We havent talked in a month.
