When this plant was given to me, it had many deep purple blooms. I have it outside, with full to partial sun exposure, and it was doing okay - no new blooms, though - until I neglected to water it for two days. When I checked on it, the blooms and leaves were drooped over. I immediately watered it, and kept my eye on for the next week or two, but it never seemed to recover, and the blooms changed from deep purple to almost white.
My neighboor suggested I trim it by removing the drooping leaves and blooms, which I did.
It's been well over a month, and it's still nearly bald and very sad looking.
Any advice? Can it be saved?
