It really depends on what has caused them......
Have you always had them ? if so Nothing will make them Go Away. First use a good oil free eye cream, or gel. "All about Eyes" from Clinique is wonderful. Helps depuff also . Then a good concealer, I've found ,( after years of trying everything out there) Use a slight peachy color concealer. I've worked in the cosmetic industry for years and I also have dark circles.
Less is more.

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. the natural way i've heard is by using a tea bag and slices of cucumber of course, and you can also cover it with a concealer, also try using SKII eye mask, try check out 88db for more eye products and treatment

i know everyone says to put hot things on yor eyes but if you put 2 spoons in the freezer when you wake up and wait 5-8 mins take them out put then on your eyes!i know it cold and every thing but i works!try it out
