My boyfriend of eight years has started using drugs (meth) and his attitude has really changed. We hardly talk and he goes and sleeps on the couch. Four years ago we got in a big fight and I left with our 2 year old son to a shelter. I had to talk to a social worker and they opened up a case. I found out while in the shelter that I was pregnant with our son who is now 3. We got back together about 2 months later and things were going good until last night. we got into a fight because I came home from work and our lights were shut off for none payment, which he pays. He hit me and blood was pouring everywhere, I took our 2 boys to the police depart. and they arrested my husband and called social services on me! they have my other incident on file and are now saying they might take my children from me! luckily I had the money and our lights are back on but they said I'm going to have to take parenting classes and the father once out of jail can't come back. any helpful suggestions?

Im a christain and I was wondering what some other people make of these events. I say they're miracles or that they come pretty darned close.

Mission trip to San Diego
my church group was helping out in a church where they were feeding homeless and those without jobs. my friend was talking with a man who had been out of a job for a nice while. When they were praying with himt hey were interupted by a cellphone call. So he answeredit and it turned out to be an employer and they wanted to hire him.

Mexico trip
We were building houses for homeless in mexico, when just a buch of things ended up going wrong. The leaders prayed that if they weren't supposed to be building the house for God to reveal it. Then Next day they group got a gun pulled on one of the seniors so they piled out.(I happned to stay behind at the ministry camp to help with the kitchen.) Pastors in the area finished building the house and the familys became save in the process

I applied for a job back in the summer, and an interview in Sept. Got a letter a week later saying they where seeking other candidates. Since then the same job has been reposted. If I where to reapply for the same position, is that ok?

where I'm with them and something happens where they get kidnapped or hurt badly and I wake up crying.. I've had these dreams about 10 times in the past month and its starting to depress me.. Is there a reason for these dreams? Is there any way I could stop them?

say if i drank a cup of water with a tablespoon of iodized salt, twice day. and if 1/4 of a teaspoon gives 60% of daily amount of iodine, would i get a lot of iodine?

I just answered a question about phobias so I was intrigued to ask this one. I am TERRIFIED of moth and/or butterflies. Anyone else out there with this problem? I mean I can hardly go outside at night in the summer its so bad, scares me to tears. Any suggestions how to cure this, other than having to interact with them! ICK!

Okay, so I was born into a Catholic family. My parents sent me to a Catholic school, and I go to church almost every Sunday. I've also been baptized, confirmed, and I also received my first communion. I am 13 years old. I honestly can not believe in God. Religion seems pretty idiotic to me. I don't believe that there is anything. I disagree with a lot of things Catholic people say. What annoys me the most is people praying. They expect to ask for something and then get it? Why can't they just solve problems on their own? To me it seems like begging something to solve their problems. Also, they expect you to go to church every Sunday and say you're a bad person and you have sinned if you don't. There is no way I'll believe in that made up stuff. I will never believe in God, angels, heaven, or hell. It seems stupid to me! Especially when people are sacrificing things for 'God'...it's like wow...So what should I do? Do I just keep faking it and acting like I actually believe in God?
