Since the US and the "coalition of the willing" are engaging in a war on terrorism, and the fact that the US congress has recently declared the Iranian Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization, I think its important to ask "Just what is terrorism?".

Also, are the following situations examples of acts of terrorism? yes or no:
1) A suicide bomber attacks a group of soldiers.
2) A missile is launched into an apartment building to send a message to the government.
3) A man holds several innocent people hostage to have political prisoners released.
4) A group of Sunnis bomb a Shiite mosque.
5) A group of individuals hijack a plane to escape the country.
6) A government financially supports a military group who kills its ideological opponents to send a message to the opposition.
7) A government threatens to destroy a nations water supply if they don't comply with their demands.

I have 5 or 6 credit cards, and sudden GREATLY reduced income to the point of barely being able to afford food or gas at the moment. I did not have savings and am now at least 160 days late on almost all of my credit accounts, so here is my picture and I need advice on the best course of action for me to take. Next month looking at about another average $25 late fee and $35 over the limit fee for each account. They are small amounts mostly, but they add up.

1 Retail Store Credit Card - Account closed due to technical error (wrong checking account # entered, so they canceled it) but owe $200. Monthly payments were $20. Now $100 in fees owed,160 days late.

1 Installment Loan - 160 days late. Monthly payment of $30. Now owe a payment of $96 but very low late fees. Total balance: $750

2 High Fee Credit Card - 160 days late. Currently owe around $70 on each with current fees. Over the limit on both. Est. Balance on first: $270 On second: $370.

Now low credit score, loan not option.

Cause during the comunism from 1917-1991, Russia was dictated. You were not allowed to have a religion. You were not allowed to do or to talk about alot of things. But all the way in the Russian arctic, there are a group of Eskimos called the Yupik. They have a traditional culture and religion. They're the only tribe I know in Russia, so if there are more, can you tell me plz? Anyway, during communism, were the Yupik people and other tribes allowed to practice they're culture, or did the Russians forced them not to? Or did the Russians leave them alone? If a Russian soldier back then saw a Yupik family practicing they're culture, what would the soldier do? I suppose there were'nt much people all the way up there back then, but during a few times, there must have been a few. What did the Russians do with their arctic wildlife? And were there a few Yupik people in Moscow? Are there any Yupik people in Moscow today? Thanxs

I have an old friend (he's 41) who i bumped into about 2 years ago and invited him to join our once a week 5 a side football team. I had not seen him in a long time and we were good friends during our school days.
It would be fair to say that life has been harder on him than me as he is getting divorced, his kids are pissing him off and he was involved in a car accident in which he lost half an ear!

With all this going on he constantly gets angry and frustrated on the pitch, swearing and kicking at other team mates. And now he has turned on me saying that i don't pass the ball and that he has scored more goals than me. I never criticise his football even though he can only toe-poke everything!
To make things worse he is now playing 3 games a week and players are telling me he's running me down behind my back!

He is now dyeing his hair, waxing and drinking all week-end with the single footballers'. People are asking me "how do you know him?". Have i opened pandora's box?

My brother is almost 27 and hes been doing drugs and drinking since i was little and i have never really dealt with it. he's threatened to kill himself. i dont know how much longer i can do it. ive grown up in a hard home and i know how to deal with sober people but not drunks. me and my brother always end up gettin in physical fights rarely ever verbal ones and i dont know what to do anymore. please is there anyone that has gone thru what i have. it there anyone like me?

My brother's girlfriend was pregnant, she was about 4 months along, and had made about 3 visits to a small local clinic. She started having alot of stomach pain and cramps, so she visited the clinic again. She asked the lady that was performing her ultra-sound if the pain she was feeling ab-normal. The lady snapped at her and told her, "Of course it's normal, that's how it is for everybody's 1st pregnancy, don't you read up on this stuff?" The lady started to push down on my brother's girlfriend's belly really hard, and she started telling the lady that she was hurting her. Of course, the lady continued and ignored her. So my brother's girlfriend comes home with black and white pictures of the baby from the ultrasound, and everyone is super excited. About 6 days later, I get a phone call from my brother's girlfriend at 3am and I instantly had this terrible feeling. She told me she was rushed to the emergency room because she started bleeding really bad.
