The Quakers are seen as liberals.
Although most do not vote, the Amish and conservative Mennonites are categorically anti-abortion and anti-gay marriage. There have been instances of both the Amish and Mennonites coming out to vote for a Republican candidate:

The religious right tend to take little interest in these groups because they generally do not vote, do not share the same beliefs as the evangelical mainstream, and in fact, do not even share many of the same values.

They are usually considered as ultra conservative groups compared to other religions. But, even within each of them there is differeing levels of conservatism. Yes, they are pretty much considered cults, especially the Amish. I'm not sure about the other two. I say that about the Amish because they believe if you aren't Amish you will go to Hell.

Technically they are neither left or right wing. These groups have no political clout whatsoever. As long as they have a place that they can do their own thing they keep their mouths shut. You'll never see them supporting a gay-marriage gathering and you will never see them supporting an anti-abortion gathering.

LOL!
And that Jesus was a liberal, too! Caring more about poor & sick folks than He did about the rich, promoting peace over war, condemning financial business dealings, my goodness, it's a wonder the Religious Right let Him be a part of their religion at all!

The so-called Religious right would be the first in line to crucify Jesus and his followers (who biblically speaking set up Communes) if he were back today. Lord forgive them for following Jesus in name only.

Many Quakers are pro-gay so that just about seals it for the extremists.
