I live in Northern Indiana. Together, my neighbor and I, share a driveway (an easement). We both have slabs in our back yards to park on with the driveway as an access point. For the past year they haven't used the slab, but insist on parking at the very end of the driveway, where I can't get in or out. I don't live on a very safe street and don't want to park out there. I've asked them nicely to pull all the way back or park on the curb but they don't listen. I've contacted the Police, they said that there's not much I can do. I've contacted Code Enforcement, they told me to contact the police. I've tried to get a copy of the title, but I don't own the house, I'm renting. They have a walkway between their side of the driveway and their house, I don't. Of course we don't see eye to eye, and they feel since they were there first, they have the most say so. What do I do now, without causing to much conflict? I don't want problems but I want this resolved. Please help! ~NW IN

all new parts but fuel injection system. i failed to have that replaced with rebuilt. i suspect the fact i cannot smell fuel and do not get any firing when spinning starter, that there is either blockage in motorside filter (where?) not tanks (dual) but can one injector fouled block fuel somehow and prevent it from starting?

Are the streets of America full of homeless veterans who have medical diseases and mental problems from active duty to this nation? I was told one in four homeless Americans are U.S. honorably discharged veterans! Surely this cannot be true! Such a situation would be a national shame! Perhaps one in 50 or one in a hundred homeless people could be veterans, but one in four would be a monumental U.S. tragedy!!!!

i was wearing my friends jacket today cuz i was freezing and he wasnt. it was his letter jacket so it HAD HIS LAST NAME on the back and it said "varsity track" on the sleeves. and this girl told me i was trying to make it look like i was on track so i should quit posing and stick to reality. i mean WTF????? it had his last name on it!!!!! and his first name too somehwere on the front. is this posing in ANY way??? i never even said it was mine!!!!!! and she told me i was trying to FORGE my class. it said "class of 2010" on it.

btw, im a freshman(class of '11) and he's a sophmore(class of '10)

I want to file a restraining order because my neighbor is stalker-ish, rude to me and always stares at me. I do not feel very threatened but I feel like I need to tiptoe around. Is this a good reason or should I let it drop? Also, when you file a restraining order against someone can they find out where you live if you move away?

I just bought Hartz Flea and Tick Plus, the once a month applicators, for dogs. I've used Frontline in the past and never seen good results. Has anyone used Hartz who has bad or good things to say? Just curious how effective it is. thanks
