If you are feeding her a good quality food (which you should be)such as Canidae, Wellness, Chicken Soup, Merrick, she shouldn't have to poop more then once or twice per day As far as peeing that will vary depending on how much water she drinks, etc.
My own Danes poop once per day per dog and go out to pee usually 4 times on average.

It totally depends on the dog's metalbolism.

I have a Lab, that is a pooping machine! Goes crap 5-9 times a day. While my Terrier/Chi goes 1-2 x's daily max.
Both are fed a snack in morning and big warmed meal around 5-6 pm. Occasional snack of a biscuit maybe during day.

You have to kinda "read" the dog's scheduled timeclock, in 3 days you can't judge yet. Sounds like a good, clean Dane so far.

The amount of the poop and the frequncy is going to be ddetermined by several factors.
The amount of food
The Quality of food.
Cheap dogfoods have to be feed in larger quantites which produce more poop.
As a rule of thumb: A healthy adult dog normally produces feces twice a day (taking the above facts into consideration of course).
A good rule of thumb is to take her out about 10 min after feeding her as well as the occasional out just for out sake a couple of times during the day.
Sounds like it is going wel so far.

I like going with three walks a day. Give her a quick walk before you leave, then one when you get back, and a final one in the evening. This works great with my beagle.

Depends on the food the dog is eating and her metabolism. Just like people, it will vary from dog to dog.
