It seems that some of the work of the feminism of the 60's and 70's was to impress upon everyone how dull, horrible, unfulling, etc., the work of the household is (including childrearing). Supposedly, any bright woman who does these things is "wasting" her intelligence.

But now everyone has realized that the housework still needs to be done. The solution? Get men to do half of it. But why would men voulenteer to do something that supposedly is such a waste of time? Wouldn't we have better luck getting men to help with the house if we hadn't just spent years telling everyone what a waste of time it is? I would guess that after claiming that it's not very important, well, they believed us.

Grow out of their desire to watch/look at porn all the time and play video games? It's okay if the answer is no, I'm just looking for some insight. Also, if you could give me reasons why these activities are so invigorating, that would be most helpful.

I have been having this hissing sound in my steering when it's cold. Could not check the PS myself as is below engine. I went foran oil change today and had them check it, he said the PS fluid was low and mucky and I needed to have it flushed. So I did. $89.00. Was this flush needed?

On Jan 26, 2000 then governor Bush made the following statement:

'What I think the President ought to do is he ought to get on the phone with the OPEC cartel and say we expect you to open your spigots. The President of the United States must jawbone OPEC members to lower the price."

Oil has just reached a record high price of $98 a barrel. Now, personally, I don't think Bush was right that Clinton should have been responsible to "jawbone" OPEC, but since he said it, shouldn't he now be doing it? His implication was clearly that Clinton was responsible to lower oil prices since he was president at the time. Shouldn't Bush be held to his OWN standard now that he holds the office? Can we blame him for the curent high oil prices, or is he somehow immune from the same criticism?

If so, prove it. If he does exist, why has 'he' done NOTHING to help our world in times of need. Most events some call 'miracles' are not gods work at all, but merely the miracle of life. If god truly existed, he would at least HELP with wars, starvation, ruthless killing, deformities, disease, drug addiction, retardation, suffering, poverty.... the list goes on and on. This so-called god has not lifted a finger to aid us, and yet sooooo many belive he is truly there. Ever hear the quote, "I sell phony goods to people of meager intelligence and great faith"? That applies. Think about it

A friend of mine lost most of his teeth many years ago and the rest (maybe half) are in terrible shape, on the verge of falling out. Needless to say, he doesn't have dental insurance and won't be getting any before he needs to have this taken care of. He wants to get the rest taken out and get a full set of false teeth... Any idea how much this might cost without insurance???

I wrote this out of boredom. may be confusing.

You may doubt truth to be a liar,
And doubt the wind to be seen,
You may doubt that the sun has risen,
And doubt that the world is cruel and mean.

But when it comes to doubting,
You must know fiction from fact,
For if you understand and do not get confused,
You may keep your brain intact.

If you are headstrong,
And know right from wrong,
Then doubting when you need to,
Should keep you going along.

Now i know this makes no sense,
For it is quite confusing,
But while you sit there looking lost,
I find it quite amusing.☺☻☺☻
