On November 6, 2007 a child in India had an operation to have two extra legs and two extra arms removed. She was born that way because she was in the womb with a twin. The two of them grew together. The local population considered her the manifestation of a goddess. Her parents named her after the four-armed Hindu goddess of wealth. Science understood exactly what caused the phenomenon and the medical profession fixed it. 75% of the population on this planet believe in some sort of supernatural or spiritual deity.

Why do so many intelligent people on this planet fail to realize the parallels of human behavior that are witnessed so often is proof of the human gullibility of believing in supernatural things like, God and other superstitious phenomenon, such as the little girl that I described. Instead, human beings throw out common sense for the sake of ignorance and then preach superstition as being fact.

I dont think he intended to burn down an area of forest 40 times larger than Manhattan so he shouldent be charged with all of those fines and removed from his home, but he should be punished in a slightly less severe way.

I can't find them at WalMart or Sam's or anywhere. C-stores will give me some from time to time, but I use so many at home I'd like to buy my own, but not the giant amount from a restaurant supply store. If you know a mail order or on-line source that would be fine too.

so many cons/republicans as of late are being suspended by Yahoo?

It's highly doubtful that they all turned each other in for poor behavior.

Is it possible for people to debate issues without losing their cool and blatantly turning others in for abuse if they simply don't agree?

One would have to surmise that sooner or later Yahoo will get to the bottom of people falsely accusing other users by turning them in...

Or it could be like it was 6-8 years ago when Yahoo controlled ("claimed") to try to stop floods of porn hitting the chat rooms but all the porn spam came directly from their own privately owned servers...

Or they could continue to deftly take more inappropriate actions all over again.

Hmmm... Funny how this all works. lol

If so, prove it. If he does exist, why has 'he' done NOTHING to help our world in times of need. Most events some call 'miracles' are not gods work at all, but merely the miracle of life. If god truly existed, he would at least HELP with wars, starvation, ruthless killing, deformities, disease, drug addiction, retardation, suffering, poverty.... the list goes on and on. This so-called god has not lifted a finger to aid us, and yet sooooo many belive he is truly there. Ever hear the quote, "I sell phony goods to people of meager intelligence and great faith"? Every year my husband and I travel to my grandparents house for Christmas brunch with my family (about a 1 hour trip south) and then turn around and travel back to my husbands familys house for Christmas dinner (about 2 hours north). We are usually pretty exhausted by the end of the day from travelling and we are so over it! So this year I suggested that everyone meet at our house for presents and then we could all go to a restaurant around our area (in the middle of everyone) and that way everyone gets to relax.
Everyone rejected this idea (because it's too expensive, or they have kids and don't want to go out).
Anyway the point is, that we are sick of soing what everyone else wants and want to have our type of Christmas this year. Is this selfish and does anyone have any other solutions?

I thought of this when I read old stories from other folks (in the paper). One was a young man at his granfathers funeral. Grandma was sitting on a chair at the burial site. They did the 21 gun salute only no one warned her so when the shots went off, she got so scared she fell off the chair. In the back he heard his young cousin yell, "They shot grandma!"

As Disco died in the 80's, Rock dieing in the 90's, is rap dieing in the 00's? As a rap lover, To me I believe it is slowly dieing. "Rappers" such as Soulja Boy, Huey, Hurricane Chris, and other people have ruined it for us hiphop lovers. Also Lil wayne, Birdman, Rick Ross, and other popular artist have been seriously slacking due to the same "Money, Get Money" subjects. The only rappers keeping the talent in the game is Kanye, Lupe, Talib, Nas are the only "real" guys left in the game. To me, I lost interest in rap after Crank dat, and Duffelbag. I believe this rap-era is over, along with other people.
