walking on the beach, sitting on my deck on a summer morning listening to the birds waking up, helping someone, listening to Christmas music, being in the arms of my husband, getting a hug from my kids ...
good question!

Seeing my kids achieve or learn something & sometimes love, but that hasn't happened in a long time! :( Also doing good deeds for someone is also a pretty warm feeling! It doesn't feel bad when someone does something special for me either! :)

Anything that causes endorphin release - sex, eating spiced food, sunlight.
Being kind to other people, and doing something nice for them, will also make you feel pretty good.
