Assuming the broken skin appears to be in small, straight lines (not parallel lines) near the head, not very deep cuts at all, and there is evidence of peeling skin nearby, what are the likely causes of the abrasion? Assume also that the weather has been cold, and the penis is circumcised.

I was given 10 days to respond to the petition. They are asking for 1500.00, I believe this is an old credit card that went to collection that the available limit was about 500. I need to write a responce but I do not know what to write or if I should get an attorney, an attorney will probably cost me more than the judgement. I am in Texas.

I'm going to be visiting a doctor soon about my knees. I don't know what's wrong with them exactly, but I might just have to switch arts. I'm just thinking about this, because I don't know what's going to happen. Just a plan in case I have to stop, or switch to arts that are easier on my knees for a few years or so.
My question is: Is BJJ/Judo easier on the knees than a striking art with kicking? How much easier is it? What are your experiences with it? What about boxing (I haven't boxed in ages...)?
I was planning on joining this school that teaches BJJ/Judo, or the local boxing gym where I can take BJJ and Boxing together (I don't know how my knees will like boxing, or if my Martial arts are the reason I've have problems lately for that matter).
Thanks.

Anthony Watts, a broadcast meteorologist, is leading an effort to photograph weather stations and document their quality. He has now photographed 1/3 of USHCN weather stations and found that only 15% of them meet the minimum requirements of the NOAA. The remaining 85% have a significant warm bias.

See Watts presentation to climate scientists here:
http://gallery.surfacestations.org/UCAR-slides/index.html

Steve McIntyre, a leading statistician in climate science, did a reconstruction of US temps using only good quality stations identified by Watta. McIntyre learned that the warmest years in the US were 1934, then 1921, then 1998 and then 2006.

If natural climate variation in the 1920s and 1930s caused warmer temperatures than we have experienced in the last 20 years, why is there any reason to be scared of global warming?

Why are the alarmists so slow to learn the facts?

Ok, picture this:

A sailboat is on flat, calm water, with no wind. The sails are open. A fan is on the rear end of the sailboat blowing an unlimited amount of air into the sails.

Would the sailboat go forward, or reverse?

People keep bringing up the "definition" of feminism like that supposedly excuses people like the man-hating Andrea Dworkin & the FACT that she was very welcomed into mainstream feminism. (that FACT alone disproves the definition.)

Many other people that call themselves feminists have said some very nasty things about men.

People that call themselves feminists perpetuate false DV stats & lobby to redefine "abuse" and "rape" in our legislature so more activities fall into that classification.

The nature of "the patriarchy" (one of feminism's staple ideas) is a sexist view of supposed male control whereby ALL MEN are guilty & can be discriminated against... and legislated against.

Feminists are responsible for these things. "Oh, but not all feminists are like that."

How are we supposed to know? I won't forget all of the activities of mainstream feminism (you know... the ones that the supposed moderates do not even challenge) ...& pretend "feminists" are fighting for "equality"

My son was backing out of his parking space at school. He watched another car drive thru the parking lot behind him before he started to back up. This other car stopped in the driving lane as the traffic started to back up. When the other car was clear and out of the way my son started to back out of his space to get in line. As he was already back out part way the other car decided to put his car in reverse and back up into the side of me sons car. The ins. ruled it no fault but I'm not accepting this. This would mean I could drive thru a parking lot and pick out a car that was backing out, stop and reverse and hit them and it's no fault. What's your opinion?

Are there enough resources in the world to support the 6.5 billion people on this planet equally? Are some doomed to starvation because there simply isn't enough to go around and you must scrounge for what you have to survive? Ignoring your Anti-Communistic feelings and your perceptions of human nature, answer whether or not it is actually possible for everyone to live together happily.

They will be on stage and need to look somewhat realistic. if you are going to suggest cardboard, where can I get some big enough pieces for cheap?
