My mother at the moment is trying to sew material that is sequined, however the glue on the material is clogging up the needle on the sewing machine all the time making it very very hard to sew.
Come on sewers...we need your help!!
How do you sew sequin material?
Any ideas will be FANTASTIC.
Mum has heaps of sequin material to sew in the next three weeks.

They protested at soldiers' funerals all over the USA, because the "Iraq war is God's justice against a Pro-homo society" i.e. USA They disrupted grieving people all over this country......
A man in CT sued them & won $11 mil!!!!

My state (WI) enacted a law prohibiting protests at funerals w/in 500 yds.
These ppl would show up at soldiers' funerals, saying they got what God wanted, because the US was a pro-homosexual country.

How in TARNATION can these folks--in the WIDEST stretch of imagination---call themselves "Christians"???

Personally, I don't care how many partners a girlfriend has had in her past, and on the whole I find women who have had several or many lovers tend to have a clearer idea of what they like and want from a relationship.

I do wonder if men who want their women virginal are thinking of women in the same way they are thinking about cars. Saying things like "Oh she's second hand goods mate" - pure objectification.

I know I'm going to get the usual garbage about STDs posted here, so for the record, once again, Safe sex and regular testing is a better way to avoid contracting STDs than relying on someone telling you the truth about their past or being faithful. If your are going to cite STDs I have no time for your answer, though of course I can't prevent you from giving it.

from about ten years ago. It is a christmas picture, and behind her, on one of the gift bags under the tree, in big letters across one of the bags, it says "Donati". Are there any methods or techniques for smoothing wood when carving without using sandpaper?

Using certain tools or techniques or something?

Also, what did people do before sandpaper or if they couldn't get it?

The real reason I ask is because i am scultping in a wax material that carves just like hard wood and you have to sand it to smooth it.. but the material is expensive and I don't want to waste it because it gets imbedded in the sandpaper.

I'm trying to figure out if there is some way to sand it smooth without wasting the material.

Also.. it fills the sandpaper so quickly you go through a ton of sandpaper too..
