I guess:
McKenzie
Makenzie
Mekenzie
Mikenzie
Mickenzie
Meckenzie
But don't use a really weird spelling, I made most of those up

Mackenzie? LOL
McKenzie is also a valid form, but since children are generally taught to capitalize only the first letter of a name in school, the Mackenzie spelling seems least problematic in the long run.
Please don't go with some purposefully misspelled monstrosity, however. Something like Mykinzeigh, to use a horrible example, is not phonetically interchangeable with the proper spelling. This would technically be pronounced mie-KIN-zee, at best (literally like "my Kinsey" ... NOT Mackenzie LOL).
Not to mention the fact that Mackenzie is an overwhelmingly popular name at the moment, so while misspelling it won't make it any less so, it will lead to plenty of hassles when your child is forced to constantly spell and pronounce their name for people on a daily basis. There's really no logical, intellectual reason for that.

My daughter's name is Mackenzie Renee. Like the post mentioned, spell it this way. Then when you are out and you see all the cute stuff with kids names on them, you will be able get one for her too. My daughter is nine, and only in the past couple of years has the name become more popular, and now I am able to find lots of stuff with her name.

Everyone wants to name their kids Mackenzie these days. There are as many spellings as you can make up, really. I guess the standard ones would by Mackenzie and McKenzie. Possibly MacKenzie. Name the kid Mykynzy and it would be oh, so unique and hip. Really, the world is full of much better names.

Well it looks like they have all been covered by all other answers....But I just wanted you to know i have a daughter called KENZI LANE and she is very proud of the fact no one else has her name. Everyone loves it and whenever she sees McKenzie brands or other people called that she still relates to it. After all most Mackenzie's get Kenzie or Mac anyway. I have three girls and that is still my favourite.

There are so many ways to spell it.
The way to spell it if you ever want your kid to get a pin or pencil at Disney is: Mackenzie
DO NOT SPELL IT McKenzie... like you got her in a happy meal.
