i want to lose weight how much pounds do you think i will lose in a week by runing 2hrs a day and doing 60min of cardio and a helthy diet of 1,500 calories i am 15 years old and weigh 150 and hight 5'6

probs 3 or 4 if you do that every day but don't over do it.

And also change your workout around sometimes so your body doesn't get used to it.

Running, swimming, jogging, cycling, rope jumping etc. is all cardio workouts - never go over 60min a day!!!
you also have to do light weight training a few times a week.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day - make healthy food choices - complex carbs, fruit and veggies, protein, healthy fats, lots of water.

Depends on your metabolism. Just do as much as you can and feel comfortable in the mean time. You'll notice the difference soon.
