How diverse is your taste in music?

mine's pretty wide I think. I like obviously Michael Jackson along with AFI, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Taking Back Sunday, Gwen Stefani, Metallica, ACDC, Pink Floyd and red hot chili peppers.

I listen to most anything. Except of course for most Rap or Hip Hop. But I even have exceptions for my exceptions. Ozomatli is one that I will listen to.

Gettin ready for Saturday night spans many generations.
I also listen to both music from India and the Middle East which of course is virtual cacophony to most western ears. I learned to appreciate this type of music while roaming the Greek Isles.
I love everything from Bach to Mozart. Gershwin, to Presley.
Latin Upbeat Jazz to Klezmer and Yiddish Blues(Nizza Thobi). Michael Jackson to Michael Buble. Frank Sinatra to
Frankie Valy. James Brown to Aretha. The Contours to the Commodores. The Crystals(one of Phil Spector's groups) to the Angels(My Boyfriend's Back). Helena Paparizou(My Number One - Eurovision 2005 to Lordi(Hard Rock Hallelujah - Eurovision 2006). Mocedades(Eres Tu) to Milk and Honey (Hallelujah). Sarah Brightman(Time To Say Good Bye) to Andrea Bocelli(Time To Say Good Bye). They both sing it.
Sometimes they sing it together.

I don't have a huge range in my music taste.

There are those songs that I deny liking, but they're just so damn catchy;;

There are the heavy metal songs:

Pop-punk songs:
All of paramore songs.

The pop (a tiny bit rock songs) that I deny listening to:

I listen to a lot of music, but it's not very diverse.

I like a lil bit of everything. MJ of course, 70's disco, 80's and 90's music. Snoop dog, Eminem, Rihanna, Dido, Jill Scott, Roy Orbison, Kizomba, TOK, Enya, latin reggaeton and bachata, Brazilian zouk and electronic music, Dancehall reggae, Arabic bellydance music, Janet Jackson, Duran Duran, Sheryl Crow, Guns n Roses, Def Leppard and some french artists as well.
And that's just to name a few!

My favorite kind is rap/hip hop, my least favorite is rap/hip hop on the radio. Songs like Smack That and This is Why I'm Hot, are garbage. Common and Lupe are good. Anything else is okay though.
