If you could be friends with anyone famous, who would it be and why? Id pick Kid Rock........not cause I like him but for his potential. He seems to know lotsa people in ALL walks of life ( singers, movie stars, wrestlers, athletes, Hank, etc etc etc) so I fell that if I knew him Id have the best chance of meeting even more famous people, then i could kick his butt to the curb.....lol.

ok here’s the thing, right now I'm in college, I've been single for my entire life I've never had a girl say yes to going out on a date with me. I keep on being described as being the "nice guy" that any girl would be luck to have, let all I have to do is be patient. But yet all around me is people who will go with a guy that treats them like cr**, and come to me for help. I just don't understand why girls don't want me as a boyfriend when they choose the jacka**that break their hearts and go to the nice guy to tell him all about it. And all you do is keep going back to the same kind of guy and get your heart broke again.
Why the hell do girls think they can change an abusive jerk?
Why the hell should I have to wait until I'm 30 or 40 before I’m desirable.
Why do girls think I want love right now?
Why the fu** are you surprised when the nice guy finally tells you, “well you choose to date him, again, what did you expect?

please don't tell me that nice guys win in the end, why not now

Who else thinks the Xbox 360 has awsome games..but the console is a piece crap! My 3rd xbox 360 has died btw! I also have a PS3 that has not gave me any hardware problems as my xbox. How high is the failure rate for the 360..this system is really starting to piss me off.

Ok I have a question....hockey is supposedly a barbarian support to some u ask, yet after EVERY game all the players from each team shake hands. Yet baseball, MUCH more tamer, they no longer shake the other teams hands....only their own? Why is that? They used to shake hands in baseball, not anymore tho.

The evolutionists keep harping on our DNA and genetics that are common to animals. God made man a body that is similar to primates, but man is not a primate even though his body is similar.. and man did not come from primates or primates from man.
Man has a human soul and spirit and primates don't. Why can't evolutionists understand that. The debate is not about the body, but the soul and spirit..
Why do they keep repeating DNA and genetics thinking that it explains that man came from monkeys..

ok, i live in dorms and this boy i like (and i think he likes me too) lives on the same floor as me just a couple of doors down. he won't let me into his room, he says that it's messy and that's why he doesn't want me to see it, but he still hasn't cleaned it, it's been a week. so why does he really not want me to see his room? does this mean he actually doesn't like me?

I am looking for legitimate reason why Ron Paul is more qualified to be President than any other candidate. Please do not bash Ron Paul or promote another candidate on this thread as I will be asking about some other candidates as well. Also, please note that there is only one Hillary Clinton and half of Americans are Republicans. Therefore, the arguments that a) "At least he's not Clinton." and b) at least he's not a Democrat." are not valid qualifications as those qualities are shared by my aunt, and I wouldn't trust her to run a lemonade stand.

Specifically, I am looking for
1) a voting record that shows consistency in what he supports.
2) evedence of good moral character
3) historical evidence that his ideas are good for the economy (ie. when Xyz lowered taxes, unemployment dropped by X%)
4) Evidence that he will stand by his convictions even if they are unpopular
5) In what way is he superior to the other candidates of his party?

The book “Medicine before Science” explains how physicians in the Middle Ages were concerned with their being able to predict the outcomes of cases. It was all about how they built their reputations and convinced their wealthy clients to trust them (the "Business of Medicine"). So then, were they really there for the good of the clients?
