I am looking for legitimate reason why Ron Paul is more qualified to be President than any other candidate. Please do not bash Ron Paul or promote another candidate on this thread as I will be asking about some other candidates as well. Also, please note that there is only one Hillary Clinton and half of Americans are Republicans. Therefore, the arguments that a) "At least he's not Clinton." and b) at least he's not a Democrat." are not valid qualifications as those qualities are shared by my aunt, and I wouldn't trust her to run a lemonade stand.

Specifically, I am looking for
1) a voting record that shows consistency in what he supports.
2) evedence of good moral character
3) historical evidence that his ideas are good for the economy (ie. when Xyz lowered taxes, unemployment dropped by X%)
4) Evidence that he will stand by his convictions even if they are unpopular
5) In what way is he superior to the other candidates of his party?

Please think of this kind of as finishing the sentence, "I will be voting for Ron Paul because..."
Some of you may like to imagine this as a creative writing assignment.

your own question covered why i will vote for him

Specifically, I am looking for
1) a voting record that shows consistency in what he supports. in all his years as a elected official he has voted the same way as he speaks

2) evidence of good moral character. he doesn't take lobby sponsored trips. married to the same lady , returns his unused budget back to the federal government.

3) historical evidence that his ideas are good for the economy (IE. when Xyz lowered taxes, unemployment dropped by X%) for the most part the ideals of his economic ideals have been proved by the economy of the american nation untill the 1930 when we deviated from them

4) Evidence that he will stand by his convictions even if they are unpopular. he has been doing it for his 10 terms in the house.

5) In what way is he superior to the other candidates of his party? this is a personal opinion that you are asking for, but his minimul federal goverment based ideals , is how this country was set up and why it was a great nation built on personal freedom and the ideal of no one can take better care of yourself , than yourself.

Because he is the only candidate that is not manipulated by the wealthy class and shows enough integrity to abide by the laws set forth in the U.S. Constitution, {The Supreme Law of the Land} on exactly how the U.S.A. is supposed to governed, according to the "Founders" of the United States Constitution!
