scramble the egg in a glass bowl that can go into the microwave. nuke it for 1 minute. may need more time depends on your oven. or there is always boiled, soft or hard. also poaching has only water added. or use a non stick pan heat to med low; add egg. when egg white is turning white and yolk is still soft put 2 tbsp of water in pan and cover with a lid. in 30 seconds you have a basted egg.

hard boil them or poach them, both really really easy, also, i've never scrambled my eggs in oil or butter or anything, i just toss it in, stir it up till it's cooked, you have to use a nonstick pan ofcourse but it's realy easy, all natural cooking spray is good to, and has virtually no calories, try to stay away from eating "just the egg whites" just because the yellow part is where the protein is

who ever said eggs were unhealthy? they are very healthy when eaten in moderation. if you want a low calorie way to scramble them, substitute the butter for PAM nonstick cooking spray. one of my favorite ways to eat eggs is to poach them. one poached egg is about 70 calories and 7 grams of protien. stick it in a whole wheat english muffin with salt and pepper and you have a delicious nutritious meal.

it's how you cook the egg that makes it unhealthy.
the healthiest way is to hard-cook or poach in water.
For scrambled, use as little oil as possible or use a non-stick pan.
