1) if a patient has ischaemic heart disease they have a prolonged pr interval over 0.2 seconds, due to a problem with conduction in the heart. where might the impulses be delayed to cause the extended pr interval?

2) in patients with pulmonary hypertension, blood pressure in the lungs is much higher than normal. their ecg has a trace with a large P wave. suggest which pat of the heart will be enlarged in a person with this condition and why?

I asked before what I, an 18 year old male should let my girlfriend dress me up as. You guys voted and chose for me to dress as a girl. Should I really do this. I feel the impression I have gotten is I should go pretty far, which I am fine with, but I wanna make sure thats wut the community thinks. The best answer included costume links. My older sister and I got into a huge verbal argument. I became fed up and called her a f**king c**t and she got mad as hell. She dragged me by the arm to the kitchen sink and pinned me against it . She grabbed the bottle of Palmolive dish liquid, and forced some of that horrid stuff in my mouth. When I was able to get away I ran to the bathroom and did my best to rinse out my mouth; by adding water it made it foam up more. I still can't get this horrible taste out of my mouth; I've been rinsing it for hours.

A German, an American, and a Mexican are traveling in the Amazon, and they get captured.

The head of the tribe says to the German, "What do you want on your back for your whipping?"

The German responds, "I will take oil!" So they put oil on his back, and a large Amazon whips him ten times.

When he is finished the German has these huge welts on his back, and he can hardly move.

The Amazons haul the German away, and say to the Mexican, "What do you want on your back?"

"I will take nothing!" says the Mexican, and he stands there straight and takes his ten lashings without a single flinch.

"What will you take on your back?" the Amazons ask the American. He responds, "I'll take the Mexican."

okay, im having a lot of trouble figuring out the answer to these two questions. ive looked thru my book a number of times and can never find the exact help i need.

first question.

how much heat is released when 647 kg of h202 decomposes?

and the next question is

to determine the molar heat of reaction for this precipitation, 100.0ml of 0.400 M silver nitrate and 50.0mL of .800M sodium chloride were mixed in a constant-pressure calorimeter, which has a negligible heat capacity. the temp of the mixture rose from 21.15*C to 25.55*C. if the density of the solution is 1.0g/ml and its specific heat is 4.18j/g*c, what is the molar heat of reaction for this precipitation.

i go on leave in december and i wanted to talk to my old family doctor about some issues i have been having.. the military doc's dont seem to take things as seriously because i guess they think everyone is trying to get over on them.. to get out of the army or whatever.. so i was wondering if i would have to pay the full cost of the doctors visit and prescription or if my army medical insurance would cover it? thanks
