I will put 100000.00 in a checking account and the rest I would invest in a multiunit building, to get 20000.00 per month rental net income.

First and foremost Pay tithes. Then pay off the house, car, and buy my hubby a tractor. Put some in savings for my kids education. Then just volunteer for a hospice as a Chaplin.

Put it into a mutual fund and live of off the interest.
$1'000'000.00 in a mutual fund that has a 3% APR, then I will get $30'000.00 a year, which is between $3'000.00 to $3'500.00 a month after taxes.
That is some serious "play" money.

Invest in high dividend paying stocks and natural gas trusts, such as FRO, PGH, and PWE.
I would retire and live off the interest, living fairly simply... or perhaps work and let the interest compound, as I'm still quite young.

Yes, I agree with others that say to take a spelling class. I would invest half in my retirement fund and payoff debt with the other half, of course buying a new house and/or car too!

I'd invest a few $$ in spell checker training. For sure! Then I'd invest the rest towards my retirement.

Pay off my moms Mortgage and finish fixing up her house. Invest it....I mean if your willing to give it to me ill do whatever you want me to do with it.
