Ok, I got a couple that with all get you were you want to go. I figured I go with some that are alttile less known just to lower the chances that you or your friend have already seen them.
-Black Christmas1974 ( No way Santa is coming down this chimney horror.)
-Event Horizon (Spaceship from hell horror.)
-The Thing (Killer aliens horror.))
-Suspiria ( Disgustingly Beautiful horror.)
-Hellraiser (Raising demons horror.)
-The Changeling (Ghost haunting your *** horror)
-The Howling (Greatest werewolf movie ever horror.)
-Jacob's Ladder (Did I take LCD before I started watching this movie? Horror.)
-Zombi2 (At first I thought this guy was hitting on me but now I'm sure hes trying to eat my brain. Horror)
-The Sentinel ( It seems to me that the landlord should have told me I was renting a gateway to hell before I got this apartment. Horror.)
-Evil Dead ( Bruce Campbell is the baddest mother alive horror)
-Audition ( Never piss of this chick. Horror.)
Any one of these movies will get atleast one drop of urine out of you, and you can hold me to that. I would also suggest renting a couple, if not all, of them and having a Halloween marathon.

Depends where you live.
In the woods? Grab "Evil Dead" or "The Howling".
In town? Grab a movie based off a serial killer like "Ed Gein".
If you want to be scared in your own house, rent "Candyman" or one of the "Amityville Horror" movies.
You may also want to check out "Scanners" and "Wrong Turn".

Poltergeist is a good film to watch, as for Audition it is a very creepy film, and the ending is a bit unsettling.

The Ring...that one creeped me out, and of course any of the Saw movies...then you have your classic Michael Myers...good luck. Oh, and "The Hills have Eyes" which I think is more disturbing than anything...unrated version.
