My sister in law gave birth 2 weeks ago, she doesn't breastfeed through choice. Ok, so it's not the way I'd do it either, I breastfed my son, but why do so many women act so horrified and shocked at this? It's personal choice, right?

Allow ALL students (K-12) to advance at their own rate.
This system has shown to be 100% effective! Smart and bright students are abled to remained challenged in any or all of their studies while those that need remedial aid are offered more attention that they need and deserve. This truely keeps all children in the game at their proper level.
Following the Bell Curve, there will be as many underachievers as over achievers, with the bulk advancing at the same relative rate.
This keeps all students challenged, without the feeling of boredom or despair.
It IS true that the high and low ends of the spectrum realize that they are special (either in needs or abilities), but they will know this anyway, as life sorts these things out in the long run.
One thing for sure, underachievers will become motivated to perform better to avoid the social stigma that is associated with low intelligence.
All people are not equal in abilities, to treat them as equal harms everyone.

Ok, I know that you guys aren't psychics.. but yesterday i wrote this guy that stares at me all of the time a short note... He stares at me all of the time and will not look away for anything. I even noticed that he followed me once to watch me get into my car...(he's not the stalker type)..lol I just think he was sneaking a peek before I left.

Anyways, I think he is kind of hot and I decided to take matters into my own hands and wrote him the note that basically told him that I would like to talk w/ him face to face.. and that I look forward to him calling. I also told him to take his time calling if he needed it..(he seems really shy). The only thing that bothers me is that my friend gave him the note this morning and he still HAS NOT CALLED!

I was sure that once he got the note thta he would call me on break or after work.. and he didn't! I feel really stupid right now, but I know that the signs that he gave me were all positive ones.. whats his deal?

My daughter is almost 4 years old. She was born in end Dec. Next year she is going to Kindergarden 1. My wife n I start worry cos she not even know how to recognise 1 to 10, A to Z, colour like red, yellow, green etc..She can't even do the painting/colouring properly using crayon, always colour out of drawing object, she likes to just scribble with crayon.

she is now in childcare last year and going to kindergarden 1 next year 2008 and cant pick up all the skills i mentioned above. Her childcare mates are all able to do that. Her teacher feed back is still fine, but need more practises

People mentioned child born in Dec is a bit slower than others. No idea is true or not. Is there any efficeint teaching technique or any suggestion we can adopt to improve this situation. Some says let it be, children tends to learn when reaching certain stage

this expression simplifies to 5/2(something), see if you jump in too early and end up with 1/2(something) as I did. Good practice..

What are you opinions on these and if the bible said absolutly nothing about them, would this change your opinion?

I've noticed there isn't a lot of difference of opinion between the christians in R&S. Prove me wrong!

Well i'm feeling kind of discouraged. I go to the mall or anywhere for that matter and well i know when a guy is checking me out or eyeing me. I'm single, i'd really like to go out with someone. I dont know if the guys who check me out just want to look,whether they just dont like making the first move, or whether i just look unnaproachable!
