I think it depends on the weather.
If it's clear, maybe Handel or Vivaldi.
If it's raining, Bach or Beethoven.
Sleet, maybe Kid Rock.
Snow, probably Vanilla Ice.
Tornado, I'd guess 50 Cent.
Hurricane, definitely The Scorpions.
