At this point I have not bought neither the PS3, X-Box 360, or Wii. The problem i I have is choosing between the PS3 and X-Box 360. Knowing that if I get a 360 I risk having it going out within the next 2 months (red-lights) but it has more games and it cheaper than the PS3. The ps3 on the other hand is more expensive and sony has not planned on dropping their prices into the 350 range anytime soon and that is pretty much the main reason why i haven't chosen it. The ps3 does have a lineup coming with over 50 games and the blue ray vs hd doesn't really matter to me. At this point im tired of waiting for sony to drop their g@d da&m prices and seriously considering saying F@$k it and getting a 360. At this would it be worth it to go ahead and buy 360 knowing the risks

According to what I read he went through a red light at 47mph in the wrong lane and hit a pedestrian.
The jury accepted the claim that it was careless and not dangerous driving. What is the matter with the law today ? In my opinion anybody driving like this should be jailed.

Newlywed's Night Out?
A newlywed couple had only been married for two weeks.

The husband, although very much in love, couldn't wait to go out on the town and party with his old buddies. So, he said to his new wife, "Honey, I'll be right back."

"Where are you going, coochy cooh?" asked the wife.

"I'm going to the bar, pretty face. I'm going to have a beer.

The wife said, "You want a beer, my love?" She opened the door to the refrigerator and showed him 25 different kinds of beer, brands from 12 different countries: Germany, Holland, Japan , India , etc.

The husband didn't know what to do, and the only thing that he could think of saying was, "Yes, lollypop...but at the bar.. you know...they have frozen glasses..."

He didn't get to finish the sentence, because the wife interrupted him by saying, "You want a frozen glass, puppy
face?" She took a huge beer mug out of the freezer, so frozen that she was getting chills just holding it.

The husband, looking a bit pale, said, "Yes, tootsie roll, but at the bar they have those hors d'oeuvres that are really delicious...I won't be long. I'll be right back. I promise. OK?"

"You want hors d'oeuvres, poochi pooh?" She opened the oven and took out 5 dishes of different hors d'oeuvres: chicken wings, pigs in blankets, mushroom caps, pork strips, etc.
"But my sweet honey... at the bar... you know... there's swearing, dirty words and all that..."

"You want dirty words, D*ickhead? Drink your fu-king beer in your damn frozen mug and eat your mother-fu-king snacks, because you are married now, and you aren't going anywhere! Got that, a$$hole?"

Fires have risen by 70 % in the last ten years. At the moment, we have out-of-control blazes throughout Southern California. We have extreme drought in the Southern States that could lead to even more fires. A report on CNN stated that a majority of firefighters believe the rise in fires is caused by Global Warming. One expert interviewed stated that, the fires in the West are burning so hot that within a few years, the forest may be desert, because it will not reforest itself.

If firefighters, who should know, believe in Global Warming, why should the Bush Administration, who are only politicians, be so set against it. Is it because of the number of oil barons in the Administration, with carbon emissions blamed for the problem? Is it time for the United States to join other countries in the battle against this Scourge which, if left unchecked, can damage or even destroy our planet?

Two reasons. First, she didn't write it into the story which suggests that she didn't think it was good for sales. Why? Because many people don't think gay characters in kids stories is "ok." I agree with that assessment.
Second, she's just told the world she has an agenda. Now that we know she does, we can ignore everything she has to say.
Personally, if she's not willing to write it into the story that Dumbledore is gay, I'm unwilling to believe it (and wont until she writes it into a book). So I challenge her, in any upcoming books, the level with the public and write it into the books, that he is in fact gay.

Why isn't she "man" enough to write it into the books??? It won't happen, because Scholastic wouldn't let it happen. Prove me wrong Ms Rowling. I want YOU to write it into the book. Show the world what you're really about.

Thay are well fed and thay have toys to play with and they are very loved!!!!! But I can't afford to get them fixed!! Why can't you people understand that it is not a cheep procedure and some people want to get it done but just can't!!!????!!!! You may say that it can cost less than $100.00 but to some people that is a lot of money!! Some people don't have a lot of money and it's not right for you to critisize and ridicule them about it!!!!!!!!!! And I just want to say THANK YOU to all the people that do realize this and believe that it is the pet owner's decision and nobody elses!!!!!!! Belive me I love animals as much as the next person but I believe that the owner knows best, except in abusive cases

I think that my baby is in a tranverse postion, I am 34 weeks and 4 days and I know at this time the baby should be in a head down position. If I tell the doctor about my concern, will they order an ultrasound or palpate my stomach, or will they jus knock it off? and if my baby is transverse this late does that mean a scheduled ultrasound, or what?

OK, the Scariest Dem is a Halloween joke, but really; if the GOP spent half as much energy selling the good points of their own candidates as they do trying to turn the enemy into straw boogy men, they would probably get a tiny bit of resepect from indies such as myself.

But it's because of this constant negativity that I have come to wish complete doom on the Republicans.

Their obsolescence shows in their tactics.

My daughter is a very good swimmer. She swims because she loves to swim, and not because we as parents force her to do so. She is ranked as one of the top swimmers in our state, and as one of the top swimmers in the country. In fact in our state there is only one other girl that can beat her half the time.
The problem we have is that she honestly doesn't see herself as being any good. When she does race someone who has a better time, she allows them to beat her, because she doesn't put forth the effort to win the race. Her coach has talked to her in an effort to light that spark, but she tells him she doesn't care if she looses. The only time she'll put forth a good race effort is when a competitor says she's short, and will be easy to beat when in an open age event. She is 13, and has beat many of our high school record, and her times are already good enough for a division III university, and about 1/2 second from some Division II qualifying times.

Any Ideas??????
