Ethanol is the trivial name for alcohol. And we all know alcohol isn't that hard to pour ;)

You mean for racing?
OK, they use a pressurized can and a special cap on the tank. If they don't hit the can's nozzle into the tank's inlet right the Ethanol can spray.
Ethanol is a dangerous fuel. It evaporates fast, the fumes travel fast and it ignites very easily. The flames tend to be hard to see too.

I hope this gives you an answer.

If it is for ethanol gasoline it is the same as gasoline. If it is an alcohol powered car but not for racing there are still the problems of fumes and the almost invisible flame.
